This cozy suite, bathed in Eastern morning delight, was Louise Tiedemann’s very own private suite around 1880. Dora, her child, stayed in the nearby room which is now the suite’s living room. Mysterious flickering lights through the tree branches on the Western side and the beautiful Northern light from the lake create a magic atmosphere in this apartment which retains a remarkably uplifting energy, echoing the music, merriment, and ribbons-and-lace celebrations of lore. The white marbles and black porcelain bathroom ; a large Victorian-style kitchen adorned with Saxon hand-painted decors inspired by Transylvania’s iconography play with colours and shadows amongst the gold reflections of Watts of Westminster’s block-printed historic wallpapers. This immersive event accommodates up to two guests and is priced from $150 per person, with a minimum of two participants.
